HOW MANY COOK TOFU WHITE THE BLACK SAUCE
MATERIALS:
1 tbsp black bean saucae or a store bought version
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp sugar
On 16 ounce package soft tofu drained
1 green onion juienned
1 small red bird chile sliced on the diagonal, leaving
the seeds in for heat (opitional )
1 tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS:
First tomake the sauce combine the black bean
sauce, soy,soy sauce , sesame oil and sugar in a small bowl an stir until the
sugar dissaves
Scound cut the tofu widthwise in to 8 eaquel
slices carefully transfer in the tofu a heatprodf glass dish that will fit into
your steamer confortabliy
Third prepare
a wok or stir fry pan for
steaming steam the tofu covered ,until , heated ,though , about 2 minutes pur
the sauce over the top and steam for another 2 minutes ,garnic wit the green
onion , coriander and sliced chile if using
In a small saucepan heat the vegletable oil al
most smoking and drizen over the top the dist .save imeda quickly.
